Before returning to the States, we visited Just Coffee in Agua Prieta. Just Coffee is a fair trade plus coffee grower and distributor. Click on the link to the right if you'd like more information about Just Coffee. The seminary purchases its coffee from JC. Let me tell you...this place smells wonderful! Here are some pictures of Just Coffee in Agua Prieta.
The picture above is of a coffee roaster. There is one roaster in this facility.
Here is a picture of beans that have just been roasted and are being poured in to a bin where they'll either be packaged or ground and then packaged.
I did not know this but coffee beans are green before they are roasted.
